Paleo Hot Chocolate Mix
- Yield: 10 servings 1x
Ingredients
Scale
- 2/3 cup cacao powder
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut milk powder
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix together ingredients and store in a glass jar or tupperware.
- To serve, scoop 3 tablespoons of the mix into a mug and top with boiling water (about 1- 1.5 cups).
Notes
- If you don’t have or don’t want to get coconut milk powder, you can just do the cacao powder, coconut sugar & salt and mix it with hot non-dairy milk.
Amazing hot chocolate!! Left out the powdered coconut milk and mixed the cocoa mixture with steamed oat milk. Delicious 🙂 I bet it would be nice with some peppermint schnapps.
Yes that sounds perfect.
Thank you so much for this recipe! 2 of my little ones don’t do well with dairy and I can just make a batch of this for the whole family!
