This Blended Pineapple Rum Punch is a healthy cocktail that is great for summer time!

HAPPY FRIDAY!  It’s time for a delicious cocktail, amiright?  When we were in Cabo I had a few blended drinks and they made me think, why do I never make these?! Most are blended with some sugary syrup of some kind so I made a fruit based drink that is way too tasty to pass up.  The best part is that you can just leave the rum out for a mocktail that you and/or your kids will love too!  These hot days we have had lately have us running out to the backyard to fill up our kiddie pool with cold hose water and Ruthie is loving it so much.  It is nice to get outside and embrace the day lately and having a little one definitely makes you open your eyes and think outside the box a bit.  We got a little kids slide the other day and positioned it to go into the kid pool and it is just about the best thing ever – for everyone! Ruth’s face when she goes down is just magical.

So at the end of a long day of work or toddler wrangling, we love to have a cocktail.  This tastes like that Pineapple Orange Banana juice you used to have as a kid!  It’s my new favorite and I hope it becomes yours too!

This is delicious! Very refreshing and not overly sweet. Made it again but didn’t have the pineapple so we replaced the pineapple with frozen strawberries. Another hit! Thanks Kelsey!
