Pineapple BBQ Shrimp

  • 24 peeled & deveined jumbo shrimp
  • ½ cup bbq sauce (i like sugar free brands like primal kitchen)
  • 2 cups of chopped pineapple
  • 24 cherry tomatoes


  • In a large bowl combine shrimp and bbq sauce and toss to coat.
  • Take 8 skewers and and line them with 3 shrimp, 3 pieces of chopped pineapple and 3 cherry tomatoes, in any order you like.
  • Turn your grill on high and cook skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp is pink and opaque.
