- 4 strips of Bacon
- 1 pound Brussels Sprouts, ends chopped off and thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar

- Add the balsamic mix to brussels and stir to combine, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chop bacon and add it to the mixture!
Notes

These are SO GOOD!!!
Definitely a go-to recipe for me!
Great for breakfast too with a fried egg on top.
Yay!!
Love this recipe! So simple and SO tasty. My husband and veggie picky son loves it as well!
That is great to hear!!
I love this recipe! I’ve made it a few times and it always gets devoured!
These are the best brussels. My husband asks for them on a regular basis and have become a staple in our house. I made them for Thanksgiving and my family all loved them too! (Plus, as a vegetarian, it is easy to just exclude the bacon in my portion)
That is great to hear!
Made these tonight and absolutely loved them. So easy and quick. Will definitely be in our weekly rotation. Thank you!!!
So glad you love them!!
