- 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (or whatever is in the pack at the store!)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Place chicken breasts in a large ziploc bag and use a meat tenderizer or heavy pan to pound the breasts into a uniform thickness.
- Line a baking sheet with foil, parchment paper or a silicon baking mat.
- Place chicken on the sheet and bake for 18 minutes.
Notes
- If using thinly sliced chicken breasts or chicken tenders the time to bake will be less!
