How to Cook Chicken Breasts – Oven

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (or whatever is in the pack at the store!)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place chicken breasts in a large ziploc bag and use a meat tenderizer or heavy pan to pound the breasts into a uniform thickness.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil, parchment paper or a silicon baking mat.
  • Place chicken on the sheet and bake for 18 minutes.

Notes

  • If using thinly sliced chicken breasts or chicken tenders the time to bake will be less!
