A round up of the best recipes of 2016 - and all of them are Whole30 Compliant!

2016… WHAT A YEAR!!  I think I will remember this year for as long I live. Yes a lot of people will remember this year for much different reasons than I will, but for me, it will always be the year that I worked my BUTT off to turn my hobby into a career.  As I sit here writing this I am absolutely in awe still that I get to wake up everyday and cook for YOU.  Cooking has always been a passion of mine and I never thought it could bring me to this.  I thank my lucky stars everyday that I was born in a day where you can build a business on the internet and make amazing friends like you!  This will also be the year that my wonderful husband graduated from Paramedic School, my nephew learned to walk and we bought a HOUSE!  Seriously great year people. Now before I start to ugly cry I will cut to the recipes – aka – why you are here!! But I would also love to know in comments, what will you remember about this year?

Here are the most popular recipes I posted this year:

1. Sweet Potato Toast

2. Paleo Balance Bowl

3. Cauliflower Fried Rice

4. Whole30 Chicken Tenders

5. Breakfast Sweet Potat-“Oats”

6. Whole30 Orange Chicken

7.  Chicken Caesar Spaghetti Squash Bake

8.  Zucchini Pad Thai

9. Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken w/ Sweet Potato Rice

10. Roasted Garlic Chicken Salad

Thats it!!! I love you 2016 but I think 2017 is really going to give you a run for your money!! I can’t wait to bring you tons of new recipes next year.  HAPPY NEW YEAR!

      1. Hi, Kelsey, Did you know that your sweet potato toast was featured on The Chew in the fall? I just saw a rerun of an earlier program they had done, and there it was – sweet potato toast – with no credit to Kelsey – how rude! 🙂

  1. My year of 2016 was great! I started fueling my body with actual food rather then processed and fast food. Used many of your recipes to help in doing so and my boyfriend and I moved to a new state and started our lives together in Oregon! Thanks for all your great ideas and tips! I look forward to what 2017 brings.
