- 2 cans Safe Catch Tuna, drained
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped, flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
- ¾ cup finely diced honeycrisp apple, unpeeled
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Pinch salt
- Pinch black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey (omit to make whole30)
