Line an 8×8 inch pyrex pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl combine crispy rice, oats, almonds & protein powder and set aside. In a food processor combine nut butter, coconut oil, honey & dates and pulse on high until smooth and well combined. Then transfer the date mixture to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds or until warmed. Pour the date mixture over the dry ingredients and knead together until completely combined. Press mixture into one even layer in the pan and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set. Slice into 8 bars and enjoy!
