Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pack of splenda/ any 0 cal sweetener

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour in a cup and slurp it down with a straw!
