As a foodie, I am constantly on the hunt for restaurants that are acknowledging local and regional trends.  I recently stumbled upon Level III at the JW Marriott San Francisco Union Square and was blown away by their approachable and comprehensive gluten-free and vegetarian dinner menus. As I was crusing around the city with a girlfriend who is gluten free, this was perfect for us! Our server was extremely knowledgeable and highlighted the honey crisp apple salad and seared wild salmon as two of his favorite dishes on the menu, and we were very happy after ordering and devouring these two. The salad came with walnuts and a white balsamic reduction that perfectly complimented the tart and fresh apples.  The seared wild salmon with fingerling potatoes and sautéed spinach was prepared perfectly and was finger lickin’ good.  I would highly recommend Level III to any diners looking for a place that will accommodate their gluten and vegetarian preferences.
