Scale
coconut sugar rosemary simple syrup:
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
drink:
- 1 ½ oz. bourbon
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz. coconut sugar rosemary simple syrup
- ¼ cup raspberries
- Ice
Instructions
- To make simple syrup, combine coconut sugar, water and rosemary into a small saucepan and cook on medium until sugar is dissolved. Turn off heat and let rosemary infuse for about 20-30 minutes, then remove rosemary and discard.
- To make the drink combine bourbon, lemon juice, 1 oz. simple syrup and raspberries. Muddle together with the bottom of a wooden spoon or a muddler.
- Fill a cup with ice and strain the drink over the ice. Garnish with rosemary and a lemon peel!
