Whole30 Amazon Must Haves

Whole30 Amazon Must Haves! This stuff was key to my successful whole30 and they can help you be successful too! Paleo eating made easy.

With 2 days left in my Whole30 I thought I would share some products that I couldn’t have gotten through this month without.  It can be a rough road if you aren’t prepared so read up and have the Whole30 Amazon Must Haves by the time your next Whole30 starts!  You can also check out my lists for Costco, Trader Joe’s, Aldi, Target and Ralphs/Kroger so you can get all of your shopping done!

My list of Whole30 Amazon Must Haves:

1) Eating Evolved Roasted Coconut Butter, Unsweetened

This stuff is a new addition to my line up and I am OBSESSED!!   Eating Evolved (my favorite chocolate company) has an unsweetened coconut butter that is perfect for my Whole30ers!  I love to heat it up then drizzle it over sweet potato toast or if you want something a little sweet I also love to drizzle it on cold or frozen fruit!!

2) Coconut Secret Organic Raw Coconut Aminos

I told you about this stuff before but it is such a Whole 30 lifesaver!! It is what makes my Cauliflower Fried Rice perfectly seasoned and gives my Five Spice Beef & Broccoli an amazing depth of flavor. The people at Coconut Secret know whats up and harnessed the great power of coconut sap for us all to revel in.

3) Organic Coconut Flour

This stuff came in handy quite a few times!  I love to bread my chicken in it for Chicken Tenders or as a thickener in my Chicken Pot Pie Soup.  It’s the closest thing you can get to flour in these 30 days so use it when you have a craving!

4) Almond Meal/Flour

I also use this along side the coconut flour when breading Chicken Tenders.  We like to switch up the tenders sometimes too and use chicken thighs then serve them over marinara sauce, or what I call “Cheeseless Chicken Parm”. The almond meal gives the chicken a really nice flavor that is nutty and rich.

5) Celestial Seasonings Fruit Tea Sampler

This stuff satisfied many a sweet tooth while on Whole 30!  It was amazing to see how the flavor of the tea changed throughout the month.  At first it was just a little sweet and nice, and now it tastes like candy!  The Mixed Berry Zinger is probably my favorite but it’s pretty hard to decide…

6) SodaStream

We didn’t even realize we needed this until we saw one at Bed Bath & Beyond.  Then we realized we are living off of La Croix anyways so it would be a great way to cut back on that cost.  We now make fresh soda water every day and add some of the natural flavoring that soda stream makes, or even just a little lemon juice or concentrated fruit tea!

7) SodaStream My Water Variety All Natural

These things go hand in hand with your new soda stream purchase!  So nice to have for when you want something tasty to drink and all you want is a cocktail… we’ve all been there!

8)  Cuisinart 9-Cup Food Processor

I used all 3 attachments so many times throughout the month.  The grater attachment is my life when it come to making Cauliflower Fried Rice, and the slicer is so great to thinly slice brussels sprouts for a Stir Fry or any veggie you want evenly sliced!  We got this as a wedding gift and it has been a serious life changer.  The blade attachment helps me make the tastiest almond butter too!

9)  OXO Good Grips Soap Dispensing Dish Brush

You don’t even know about dish washing until you have been through a Whole30.  The struggle is so real when you eat meals off reusable items 3 meals a day.  We love this OXO Soap Dispensing Dish Brush!

We love our soda stream! We found the easiest flavoring / least expensive is essential oils. I use young living, and just buy a bunch of fruit flavors. You only need a couple drops, but you have to be sure any oils you use are therapeutic grade
