Nutrition for Roasted Garlic Nuts (with herbs)
Nuts are a great snack option when it comes to nutrition-focused snacking. A lot of the time snacks and appetizers that are put out around the holidays are sugar and carb filled; empty calories. The awesome thing about these garlic nuts is that they have a great amount of carbohydrate to protein ratio and are packed full of fiber. Whats nice about that is it actually helps you feel full faster, really helping you control the portion size of snacking you do before your meal! Because of their nutrient profile these nuts are going to help keep you satisfied while waiting out for your meal! Please please please make these garlic nuts a part of your holiday spread!Garlic Herb Roasted Nuts
