Fact: It is Monday and Mondays are hard.
Fact: Bacon is delicious.
Fact: Eating Bacon on a Monday will make it so much better.
So this happened. This is what happens when you have 3 pieces of bacon in your fridge and leftover slider buns. I had a burger once with pb & j and bacon on it and it changed my life a little. If you like sweet and salty… you should make this. Creamy peanut butter, crispy and salty bacon, and sweet jelly. Make your Monday 10x better. With bacon.
Toasting those buns will make them perfect for this sandwich.
Liberal smear of peanut butter on one side, healthy serving of jelly on the other. BACON.
I used 1 slice of bacon, cut into 2 pieces on each slider.
